MICROGAS total project management operates from conception to completion through the design, installation, commissioning and client training stages. A designated project manager will be responsible for all aspects of the contract in particular:

  • CDM Regulations
  • Quality Assurance
  • Co-ordination – Planning
  • Critical Path Analysis
  • Fast Track Programming

MICROGAS project managers will, during the various stages of a contract utilise the professional skills and experience of colleagues

including:

  • Installation engineers
  • Project engineers
  • Construction Supervisors
  • Health and Safety Manager
  • Quality Assurance Manager
